Return Policy

At BreezeNest, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or replacements unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken or not working, we’ll make it right. To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Please provide photo or video proof of the damage.

  • Send your request to: Mkulaib24@gmail.com

Once we verify the issue, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

 

Order Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at mkulaib24@gmail.com within 5 hours of placing your order and you will get your money refunded to your account in 3-10 business days. After the 5 hour time, we may not be able to cancel it if it's already being processed.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delays in shipping

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Normal wear and tear
